•⁠ ⁠Pets are welcome, however we do not allow pets upstairs or on the furniture. Should any issue arise in the property like damage or soiling you would be charged.
.There is a log burner in the property, so feel free to bring along any fuel for your stay on cooler evenings.
.Parties are strictly prohibited and an extra charge will apply should any house rules be broken.
•⁠ ⁠Smoking, vaping and taking any illegal substances in or around the property is strictly prohibited and a charge of up to £500 may be applied.
•⁠ ⁠No unregistered guests allowed
•⁠ ⁠Quiet hours within 11pm and 7am, and noise must be kept to a minimum, including TV volume
•⁠ ⁠Please make sure to lock the doors and windows
•⁠ ⁠Please respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
•⁠ ⁠A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement.
•⁠ ⁠Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys will incur a minimum charge of £100, and a £50 call-out fee will be charged if you are locked out of the property.
•⁠ ⁠Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible
•⁠ ⁠If anything breaks, please do let us know so that this can be replaced.

This property is managed by Pass the Keys Peak District. We look after a variety of wonderful homes across the area. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
