「It was a nice resort. Wasn't too crowded. The food and drinks in specialty restaurants was really nice. The drinks near the pool area or other cafes were ok. The beach area was clean and nice, although we could not get into the ocean. The entertainment activities were fun although they were too loud throughout the day. Perhaps they could schedule a quiet time from 1.30-4.00pm to allow the silence and the waves to relax those lying by the pool and enjoying a lazy nap after a heavy brunch. The...

「Beautiful property. At this price point, however, I expected top notch service and the resort seemed to be short staffed at times. I waited 1.5 hours before receiving help with a matter in my room. The resort also has strict booking policies for tours and their spa services. Overall still a luxury experience. 」

「room was wrong configuration , we asked for two queens and got one king. it did have a hide-a-bed. smaller property than most dreams, food option were therefore limited. food was good, but beach was in permanent black flag status, as the ocean is angry in that stretch. preferred rooms did not have butler service as is typical at this family of resort.」
