「The place was clean and it was pretty good size. It was a little strange though because they lived there so their pictures were on the wall and had plastic on two of the chairs to cover them up and it just weird. The rooms were all locked except the one that they leave open for you the one that has the air conditioner and then you have to get a key for each individual room instead of them just all being open like normal doesn’t make sense why they were all locked up the bedrooms. 「No tuvimos servicio de limpieza y estuvimos al dia siguiente sin luz desde las 9 am hasta las 5 pm , sin servicio de elevador cuando estabamos en el 4 piso , realmente mala la experiencia e inclusive exijo una compensacion por la mala experiencia vivida 」

「Maria was great! She was very responsive when we needed something. She also communicated with us when there was going to be cleaning done in the pool. Overall the place was clean. The pool was amazing and it was great that we had it all to ourselves.」

「The hotel is in a convenient location and the room was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. The bathroom had a slight odor, but it was manageable. The shower hot water was inconsistent, which could be improved. A mini fridge in the room would also be a nice addition.」
