We had a butcher and bakery very close to the apartment. We never had to go far. Given the situation, we were treated very well. 「Abbiamo avuto difficoltà per trovare Casalicchio ; solamente alla stazione FFS di Cammarata ci sono state date indicazioni che ci hanno portato in una zona dove finalmente abbiamo trovato la segnaletica che indicava l'agriturismo. Consiglio di non fare da se ma di chiedere alla gentilissima signora il percorso migliore . La permanenza è stata eccellente come pure il pranzo serale.」

「This is a multi-generational family-run property and they make you feel like family. It is just outside Piazza Amerina and a few minutes drive from the must-see Villa Romana. So much easier than trying to drive to and park at a hotel in the city. Parking is free. There is a restaurant onsite, which is also where you check in/out. The bed was comfy and the room & bathroom were spacious. Everyone from the owner & his mother to the extended family and cleaning staff treated us warmly. 」
