“I really enjoyed my stay at Melia Danang - the facilities, breakfast, and room were all excellent, and most staff were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, my check-in experience was disappointing. I arrived after a long motorbike journey from Hue with a hired driver. Instead of being welcomed, staff just come straight to me deliver told he shouldn't stop there, without even greeting me as a guest. Not sure is there a protocol no food delivery bike at the front but hey it should depends……

“職員服務態度很好”

“We stayed in a 4-room villa for 4 nights (about 500 USD per night) and the experience was very disappointing. By 15:30, after I asked again, they then informed us only the first floor was ready, so we went there as my elderly family members needed a nap. The staff who showed us the first floor……

“Abit far from city but nice beach. Air con is not strong enough ”

“The room was stunning, servers were helpful, definitely would come back! However, one thing I would like to mention is that there is no physical separation between the toilet and the bed (there is a "curtain" that only blocks the sight...), so you have to stay in the room with someone you are VERY intimate with that you don't mind using the toilet in front of... we certainly were a little uncomfortable with that. ”

“Nice resort , nice view, nice staffs”

“We had a great time at Son trà resort, beautiful beach and the Villa, staffs were friendly, our Villa was spacious, clean room excepted the toilet needed better job of cleaning around toilet seats. I was disappointed the most was my Niece she only twelve years old but the son trà resort considering that my twelve years old niece an adult so we had to paid extra $900.000 for my brother to stay overnight.”

“飯店小而美，環境不錯”
