「Everything was in excellent clean condition, no hidden pet fees. The only thing that kept me from rating this 5 stars was the parking is very tight especially with larger SUV's and the area to walk the dogs is a tiny barked area. Other than that, everything was great.」

「We stay here mostly every time we come to Santa Cruz. Facility is clean and conveniently located near attractions, restaurants and shops. Management and staff are helpful and courteous. Place is a great value compared to other surrounding hotels that seem to be overpriced. 」

「Check in and out was super simple and staff helpful. Only issues we had were WIFI wasnt connecting and toilet seat was extremely loose. Pool was said to be heated but was not. Kids didnt mind but us parenta had to suffer it. Lol all things aside. We always stay here so we will be back. 」

「Overall the place isn't bad. Their door locks could be improved as there is no deadbolt. One of the windows is missing a screen but overall the staff was nice and the area is close to beach and pier. 」

「When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. Eventually we only can check in at 3.30pm, they even didn’t apologize for the delay. Also they only provides valet parking for $25, actually we managed to...
