“We loved the Cosy House. The owner Vincent welcomed us when we arrived and very helpful. The place is nice as the pictures shown the site. The rooms were clean and well maintained and appropriately equipped. There is a small kitchen you can use, free coffee and Vincent leaves you a few treats each day. The location is great as it's close many dining options and is a short 10min walk to the Santa Maria Cathedral. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Luca is very friendly and helpful. He recommended some restaurants and places with map. The room is beautiful, clean, good light from window and spaceful. There are a table and chairs in room but we also can open 2 29" luggages and move. The air condition is very well in summer time. No fridge in the room. The breakfast is basic but enough. I recommend the hotel to stay.”

“離車站不遠，到景點方便，就在中央市場旁，出門就是皮件市場。非常大方的B&B民宿，房內備品,Mini Bar等齊全。網路上原設訂至少需住兩晚，但我們只是順道遊覽佛羅倫斯而住了一晚，老闆依然接受並很負責的與我們保持連繫，以便讓晚到的我們順利入住。除了水管阻塞，我們必需自行清理完才能洗澡外，沒什麼大礙”

“This is a room in a beautiful building, ~ 15 minute walking distance from city center, right next to Boboli Gardens. It was an easy self-check-in. There was online assistance to answer any questions. Biggest downsides for us was no parking near the apartment, and no staff onsite, so we were unable to leave luggage there before check in/ after check out.”

“Foi perfeito! Muito limpo e arrumado, e o Antônio, proprietário, foi muito prestativo. A única coisa é que, no Hotéis.com, dizia que o café da manhã estava incluso, mas tivemos a surpresa de que não tinha. O Antônio disse que é necessário atualizar essa informação no aplicativo do Hotéis.com. Quanto à localização, é relativamente próximo do centro, mas é preciso fazer uma certa caminhada em linha reta até chegar às principais atrações. No mais, tudo perfeito! Super recomendo!”

“It was our first time staying in a hotel like this in Italy, so please take my review from that perspective. I must admit, it was not what we were expecting at all; it was more like a hotel/air bnb minus the kitchen or dining room. The room itself was large, with very high ceilings, but sparsely furnished which made things feel odd. Speaking of odd, we turned on the light for the shower and it was a full rainbow rave haha. Didn’t expect that! It was great to have the many layers of security……

“It’s a scam. It’s not a hotel. There is strong odour as soon as you enter into the building. I immediately canceled my reservation with the help of owner and Expedia.”
