讚好：整潔度和住宿狀況
The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect!! The rooms are very basic, but comfortable and very clean. Air conditioner worked well and our room had a small refrigerator. We thought that most of the staff was unfriendly & not very helpful (except for the cleaning crew, which were all super nice). When we booked the room, it says that there are beach loungers for the hotel guests - which there are, however, there are many exceptions as to which ones you can use. You cannot reserve them, so it was difficult to get two loungers and once we did finally get them, they were so uncomfortable, we ended up going to a different beach club a couple places down. (which we had to pay for) We would have been OK with just sitting in regular chairs instead, but they would not allow us to even do that. It did not ruin our trip by any means, we still had a fantastic time, but the beach lounger situation could definitely use some improvement ;)
