「The pool was a major win and we watched it being vacuumed every morning and continuously skimmed throughout the day with nets. The atmosphere is nice and it's just steps away from the beach. Rent a boogie board and spend a few hours playing in the waves. It's super fun! There are amenities for young children that we really didn't learn about before we went. 「The staff was super attentive, helpful and friendly. The resort is absolutely beautiful. Stunning views, wildlife everywhere! We literally had monkeys on our balcony at times. The food was amazing as well. The way the staff cleaned and organized our room while we were out each day was great. They paid a lot of attention to little details. You could really feel the pride everyone there had for their part in making us feel like we were the most important people there.」

「We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. 「Very relaxing environment. The rooms were clean and the AC worked great. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle service and it doesn't take long for them to come get you after you call them. Be prepared to walk up and down steep hills if you don't use the shuttle service. Beach was clean. Small pool by the beach has a swim up bar and that's where I spent a lot of my time. We saw monkeys in the trees by the swim up bar a few days.」
