“Dirty pools trash everywhere no one around to help no water and wasn’t notified couldn’t shower flush toilets the whole 6 days asked for a refund and was told no”

“We booked 4 night at Bahia resort specifically Turquesa. We wished we booked a longer stay.It was amazing, amazing..There was not a dull moment during our stay..Huge pool with a bar pool..water park for toddlers..Jacuzzi in the middle of the residence…Rooms are well equipped and clean..stuff are very helpful even though few of them speak little english..The buffet was very nice and lot off staff to help …the only thing they could do better is the little fridge in the room..it s oudated and take……

“The place was really cute. The staff very helpful, my husband wanted to watch the Stanley Cup and they found it and put it on in the lobby for him. I will warn you that they do have a noise that plays at to help reduce bugs. If you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. The food buffet was also great! It was within walking distance to restaurants, the ferry and shopping!”
