“Second stay here - returning after a previous visit in 2018. The same 3-bed room is as impeccable as before (with one new decorative item), but most importantly the helpful staff is a newly-discovered plus: accidentally left behind a bottle of whisky in the room and I was already in another town once I noticed that, then after contacting the hotel everything's sorted out at once and a few days later the bottle arrived safely in very proper packaging (done better than what I usually do for……

Only downside was that our window blinds were broken so we couldn't see the sea view we paid extra for, and the rooms, although clean, could do with a little more cleaning to remove dust and some grubby corners on skirting etc. Great location for exploring Mull of Kintyre and an easy day trip to Gigha from here. ”

“We had an early ferry to Islay the next morning, and the staff were so thoughtful to prepare our breakfast ahead of time and leave it at the front desk. Great service and nice, comfortable room. The hotel is also very close to the ferry terminal — only about a 10-minute drive, which was very convenient.”
