“The previous reviews I read about this place were spot on; it’s a great location but there is late night bar and street noise to deal with as you are right on ocean boulevard and atop riptide pizza place and a newer taco restaurant and bar. The Apartment was/is clean and up to date with furniture and fixtures. The Kitchen is well supplied. Big bonus points for providing quality Tommy Bahama beach chairs and large beach umbrella. Parking spot #3 is very tight but manageable if you have a……

“Property was clean. Major issue was that it was much smaller than we anticipated from the listing. We barely had enough space to walk around the bed. The room was that small! Outside was nice but needed to be cleaned upon our request. Pt friendly? If we had pets it would have been too crowded. Street it was on had a lot of traffic and noisy at night. Light system and A/C were difficult to use. A/C didn't work consistently. ”

“Wonderful host. Neat and tidy room. Nice bed and bath. Perfect for solo traveler or couple. Convenient to both SRQ and LWR. Great communication with hosts. Refrigerator needs repair and there’s no light inside the fence, so it’s very dark entering at night. Easy fixes. This place was perfect in every other way for this business trip.”

“Our stay was excellent. Nice and clean and plenty of room however it doesn’t have a beach view, but the beach is a very short, easy walk. Staff was extra nice, especially Margaret.”

“The accommodations were great! Kitchen was well equipped to make meals. Used the gas grill several times. Also used dishwasher and laundry and both worked great! It was in a nice neighborhood- we took a 3-mile walk everyday on the only sidewalks we really seen in the area. Did have a 10 min drive to beach and parking was an issue but that is Florida. Explored the area for different restaurants and found some good ones. If golfing is your thing, golf course very close. Overall enjoyed our stay……

“It was lovely! It was the perfect location right on the beach. We so enjoyed eating on the patio with a beautiful view, then walking just steps to either the pool or gulf. We will be back!”
