「马路噪音大，夜深时尤其吵。室外装饰灯太亮，窗帘不挡光，巨大缝隙放进亮光。台灯不受开关控制，时亮时灭，如同鬼火。冰箱声音巨大。」

「buona posizione, vicina a metro principali e con ascensori, brooklin bridge wall street e one world trade center raggiungibili a piedi, colazione continentale discreta, ottima la possibilità di cucinare e usare la lavastoviglie. Sarebbe stato tutto perfetto se un ragazzo ubriaco non avesse fatto scattare un falso allarme antiincendio (che in un grattacielo fa più paura perchè eravamo al 37 piano e siamo scesi a piedi con 2 bambini in braccio per fortuna per "soli" 10 piani prima di sapere che...
