“The hotel offers its own parking, which is very convenient and a big plus, especially if you’re driving. The location is easy to find and check-in was smooth overall. However, there are a couple of downsides. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, which made showering a bit uncomfortable. Also, since the hotel is located right next to the street, it can be quite noisy, especially at night. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay for convenience, but improving the water pressure and……

“El personal super amable, en especial Link, nos ayudó incluso a conseguir tours. Te ofrecen café de cortesía todas las mañanas y el hotel está muy cerca del muelle. Es muy tranquilo el lugar, vale la pena si buscas algo sencillo para relajarte”

“Es cómodo buen precio”

“The hotel has a great environment, beautiful scenery, a beautiful swimming pool, and delicious food in the restaurant. I like this hotel very much. I will choose it again next time I have the chance.”

“Excelente!”

“The towels were very thin. Headboard had dust and the room smelled very musty. I checked in with my family and immediately checked out. The area dud not look safe either. Although I lost money on this hotel....I got another one the same day knowing I wouldn't get a refund. I would not recommend it. Although the staff was friendly...that didnt make up for the lack of cleanliness. The towels weren't even folded. Just thrown on the sink!!! Never again.”

“The stay was very pleasant. The food at the all-inclusive restaurants was excellent! The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. Highly recommended.”

“Did not stay - the room was dusty and lots of humidity. Allergies acted up a soon as we walked in”

“Overall a very nice holiday. What was very disappointing is that the pools are only open for a certain time. They claim to have 8 restaurants, we were there for a week and were only able to book 2. We were expecting to be able to try all of them, so that was very sad. The staff were mostly friendly, but not always in the mood to serve. The water from the ocean was not nice at all! Very dirty. The pools were very clean though.”

“10/10 resort definitely recommend. People, Food, Beach, Pools, everything was beyond expectations!”

“Had an excellent one night stay. Nice view of ocean and Catalina Island. Frank is a very good host and always attentive. Nice clean room with everything you need for your comfort. We enjoyed every minute of our stay with great conversations of life experiences with Frank. Would definitely stay again and enjoy a good wine next time. thank you Frank.”
