The bed was comfortable, it all had all the accommodations we could have needed, the host was very responsive and friendly the 2 times I did reach out to her (not about anything wrong), the outdoor seating area with soaking tub was so nice and the tub was very comfortable. We arrived late at night to a property with zero outdoor lighting — it was completely pitch black. As two women traveling alone, this immediately felt unsafe. Inside, there were broken and missing bathroom blinds with no privacy, black residue on multiple walls, and most alarming, a front door lock that was not secure. My biggest complaint is the requirements for guests to strip beds, load and run the dishwasher and take the garbage to the dumpster before checking out at the ridiculously early time of 10am.
