「A 5-star stay - comfortable, relaxing, a hot tub under the stars, plus our furry friends could stay too which was a must for us. Our host was super communicative and great to work with. Quail Cottage was truly perfect and we highly recommend for those looking to stay in Sedona but not in the hustle and bustle yet close to hikes, creeks, restaurants, etc!」

"The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay."
