The Orchid Studio Experience"

The Orchid Studio, a modern, fully contained studio apartment with its own entrance and amenities, is located on the second floor of the Villa and is overlooking the pool. Our smaller economy apartment still has a queen size bed, full kitchen and plenty of charm.

The hostess Celcila, her daughter Starlee and the rest of her staff where very enjoyable. We started everyday with a good home cooked breakfast. Which was very reasonable priced. They took great care of our needs and I would recommend this place to all my friends and family

Very unhappy

No one showed up to pick us up despite saying they would. Dog feces on side of path to rooms never cleaned up for 3 days. No room cleaning or clean towels for 4 days unless you insist. Loud raucous partying at various times day and night. Property owners family lives on property and limited use pool space for them and their dogs. Pool tile super slippery and no warning signs, we both almost fell getting out of pool and elderly man fell. Do not recommend staying unless you don’t care about quality of treatment after paying in full.

The studio apartment was perfect for me as a solo female traveler. It was located in a quieter area but within very easy walking distance to everything. I walked the whole island while I was there. The studio was very clean and Ceci and staff were accessible and very helpful. Having the Clouds rooftop restaurant was lovely and a nice place to have a late evening drink. I had my morning coffee (made in my room) on the balcony outside the room and enjoyed later dips in the pool. Nice camaraderie with other guests on the balcony, on the rooftop and by the pool. I will definitely stay there again.

It Couldn’t Have Been Nicer!

We very much enjoyed our stay on Caye Caulker. Our host went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable during our stay. Cecelia met us at the airport and drove us to her place. She also provided transportation on several other occasions including a trip back to the airport which was much appreciated. Make sure to have at least one meal at her rooftop restaurant. We had a wonderful breakfast and dinner while we stayed. The accommodation is located closer to the south end of town, but you can walk or taxi into town to enjoy some of the many restaurants or street vendors. While we were there we took a snorkeling trip and it was great! We highly recommend Nauti Time excursions. They were great?

Had a lovely stay in Caye Caulker, warm welcome by friendly family. self contained room was well set up, making it easy to be independent in exploring.
