“Beautiful studio in a great location for the things we like to do around Clarksville. Nice private area to park in the back. Our only real issue was the upstairs person who must be a night owl as they walk around in the middle of the night. That is not really the owners issue though.”

“Everything was excellent... all just as described.”

“It was a great stay for a couple days of training at UT. Please put the apartment number in the check in instructions ”

“Awesome!”

“Clean. You get what you pay for. Great location. Affordable. Definitely an old building. But that’s described. Would stay again. Great communication and checkin.”

“Property very clean and very tidy. Had a lot of ammenities if someone wants to cook. Coffee it the morning was very helpful. Very clean bathroom as well.”

“The Lemon Tree apartments are dated. The interior matched the photos on the website, but was not as clean as I would have liked. If you are looking for a quite room this is not it. The air conditioning system was noisy and you could hear people in other apartments moving about and you could hear their TV's.”

“Worst VRBO - The door doesn't lock and the balcony is rickety and so run down. The house is on East Dean Keeton and there is no way to feel secure since the door wouldn't open or even lock because the frame and door jamb don't meet. The railing and deck are so old and falling apart.”

“Here for ACL weekend. House was perfect. Very nicely decorated. There were four of us. Three got the rooms and one on the couch but it worked and it was comfortable for all of us. There aren’t any fans in the rooms and I was worried about that so I brought some from home but the ac worked well and honestly we didn’t need them. Location is also good. It’s a very quiet neighborhood occasionally we would hear the train but it was very peaceful night and day. The only negative things I have to say……

“Great place to stay. Convenient.”
