“A word of warning to others looking to book this hotel. My family and I booked the Old Town location for 3 nights, specifically because of plans we had in that neighborhood and its proximity to the Red/Purple lines for other plans on the far Northside and Evanston. We had opted not to rent a car because of this. On the MORNING of check-in (as we were boarding our flight to Chicago) I got an email that they could no longer honor our reservation, and they had rebooked us at the Fulton Market……

“The property was in an excellent condition. Good amenities and good location. The only down side was there was no mirror in one bedroom or on landing so had to use mirror in other bedroom or bathroom when getting ready. The air con drips on the floor so had to use a bath mat to prevent any trips. Also the filter kept falling out of the tumble dryer.”

“We had a great stay. This is a 4 bedroom 2 full bath apartment designed for primarily college student housing. It is 21 floors above the L train. The check in and staffed front desk was well explained and so easy. Great to have free parking in the garage a 1 block walk away. The area is very safe. Living room has plenty of seating and kitchen very functional with a keorig but no drip coffee maker. Perfect place for 4 people to have their own room at an affordable price. Excellent support……

“Not a bad thing to say about this experience. Host was extremely responsive and helpful, looked exactly like the pictures, had everything we needed, location was perfect and the included parking was such a perk! Highly recommend staying here. I hope to be back! ”
