“I loved my stay at this townhouse. It was VERY clean and decorated so cute. Towels supplied. The queen bed was so comfortable! The kitchen has everything that could be imagined. Walk right to the beautiful beach. So convenient! The beach isn’t crowded at all and that makes it even more relaxing. The townhouse even has a garage and easy parking. I am so glad I stayed here for my 60th birthday. It made it so special, I hope to come back again soon. I loved it! ”

“Excellent location, walking distance of shopping, aquarium, restaurants. The property is as described in listing. Parking was excellent. The only thing that could be improved is the mattress in the master bedroom. I will be back for sure.”

“We had a very comfortable stay over 4th of July weekend. We were 2 adults and 3 kids ages 10 and under. The second bedroom has a bunk bed that actually provides 3 beds - a double bed bottom with a twin top bunk and a twin trundle pull out under the double. The condo is well stocked with beach equipment (photo attached). It’s an easy walk across the street to the sandy beach. ”

“Very relaxing stay in beautiful Santa Barbara. Condo was exactly as described, very clean, nicely decorated, well equipped in both kitchen and linens, very close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay! ”

“Wonderful location for Carmel Plaza and Ocean Avenue shopping and dinug. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. The offered garage was specified for use by smaller cars, but appeared to only be suitable for Minis and Smartcars. ”

“10 out of 10! Highly recommend staying at this fantastic apartment. Incredible location steps from the wharf,pier, and Downtown Capitola. The views can't be beat. Very comfortable for a family of 4 with two older teens. It is so beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We spent many afternoons on the balcony sipping wine, people watching and gazing at the ocean. Nancy and her son, Tyler were great communicators. “This is an amazing beach condo. All of the components in this unit are of high quality. I mean all. It's like living on the beach without getting sand between your toes. We enjoyed wine and cheese just about every evening on the deck. We even enjoyed watching the dogs frolic in the surf. The birds entertained us for hours. I remember the days when I was younger dragging chairs, coolers, and blankets, down to the beach. Why did I do that? Because I loved the sights and sounds of the ocean. In……
