“Lovely studio with all the amenities, plus lovely patio area, all just across from the beach, and swimming pool on the premises. Gated parking too. This is a really nice and quiet complex. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, parks and farmers market. Host is very helpful, provides lots of useful information.”

It was beautiful, comfortable and had all the amenities you might want. Definitely want to stay there again. The hosts were quick to respond to a question I had at the beginning. It made our beach day that much easier. David was so helpful with ideas and generous with our special request. I appreciated the quick responses. Overall we left feeling like the owner really cares about his place and we knew right away that we want to come back to this very same home. Ten out of ten.”

“This was our best 4th of July ever. The location was exactly what we were looking for. Easy walk to the boardwalk, but also easy walk to many great hikes. Downtown is charming, went to Mystery spot, Aptos, it was perfect. The Boardwalk and its view of the ocean and rides and fair food was fantastic. We will be back.”
