「We arrived at the location and I checked my messages for the check in instructions to realize that they never sent any. So I reached out via the chat system to which they took over an hour to respond. To make it up to us, the manager offered us a late check out, however, he did not communicate that to his staff and a man came into the property unexpectedly before checkout asking us to leave. 「We (12 of us) had a wonderful 1-night stay at this rental. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hosts communicated clearly and accurately throughout the entire process, making check-in and our stay very easy. We especially appreciated how child-friendly the space was — it worked perfectly for our family. The beds were also very comfortable, and we all slept well. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again!」
