「I've never written a bad review before, and wouldn't be doing so here if the hosts had ever responded to my inquiries to them about the issue with the house: mice. First the good: the house is great in a great location. The redwoods are beautiful - 100 foot redwoods all around the house. BBQ worked great. Nice areas to sit inside and out. The property is very cool with some faded grandeur aspects (like the in-ground bar that was built next to the pool - really cool still, probably...

「Was a beautiful home with pool and spa.」

「This property was perfect for our family vacation! Very clean and well stocked! Beautiful outdoor area which we enjoyed very much as it was warm there during our stay. We would definitely go back again!」

「The stay was nice. We would have appreciated a later check-out time especially because it was day light savings time and we lost an hour... We had to rush, rush, rush the morning to check out and that was a bummer... Otherwise, the property was nice, clean with great views from the front yard. 」

「Fabulous property indoors and out. A definite 5 star destination. Well be back!」

「We had our wedding here and it was great! The host, Royal, was super accommodating and helpful.」

「We stayed here for over 3 weeks and it felt like home. There was so much room for all of us to spread out. I went in the pool almost every day. It’s not heated, but gets plenty of sun. The rooms were all comfortable and we used all 3 fireplaces. The neighborhood below was a clean, safe place to get in our daily walks.Communication with our host was very easy. We’ll be back!Steven 」

「My family and I stayed here for my micro wedding. It was a beautiful time and Vital, the property owner couldn’t have been more helpful. He gave us a full tour of the home and how it functions, checked in on us and answered any questions. We genuinely could not have asked for a more beautiful and stunning place. The pictures do not do this place justice!」

「The Anzio house was nice and large enough for our family gathering of 15 persons. The patio and tennis court were very beautiful. However, the house has some items that should be fixed, such as:there is a window in the shower of a bedroom on the left side of the house. The wood trim of this window is severely rotted and very disgusting. It’s clear that this window should have been replaced years ago.The two small bedrooms near the laundry room have double beds though these bedrooms were...
