"Best hotel in Downtown Nashville, in my opinion. Walking distance to everything. The staff is great, very accommodating. The room was spacious and so clean. I forgot my phone charger but they had a wireless charging pad right by the bed. The shower was fantastic, spacious, great water pressure.The room was quiet. Bedding was super comfy. Great coffee was available in the cafe downstairs that opens at 6am. There are so many little things that made such a difference in our stay. 13/10 will stay again. "

"Beautiful hotel, very clean rooms, great staff. We didn’t get the adjoining rooms with our teens as requested in advance but gave it 5 stars because the rooms were good, even though 2 doors away from the kids. Food at the H bar was just okay, very long wait for it."
