"Room was dirty, bed cover and sheets had food and stains in them, shower and tub was moldy and mildewed, and the bath towels had dark spots in them. The floor hadn’t been cleaned and there was a dead palmetto bug on the floor. The desk attendant the 1st night was nice, but said there was nothing ..."

"The rooms were adorable. The property itself was amazing - on the water with a lovely dock to sit and have coffee in the morning and a beverage in the evening. The amenities- golf cart, bicycles and kayaks were a nice plus for such a reasonably priced property."

"Perfect location on the main river - clear water and sandy bottom. Lots of manatees cruise by every day. Plenty of kayaks for our family of 7 to explore. Nice house with king size beds and nice, big screened porch and dock. And very dog/friendly - our pups had a ball!"
