"From the moment we walked into the hotel we were impressed with the quality of the hotel checking was quick and easy staff were friendly and informative we stayed in room 209 the room was immaculate had everything we needed we asked for extra pillows which were provided happily . the breakfast was amazing plenty of choices for all tastes really good quality ingredients for us it’s 5 stars and would recommend this hotel within easy walking distance to the city centre and lots of pubs and restaurants for evening dining parked opposite the hotel ( not hotel car park ) not many spaces but we got in used the ringo app to pay for parking easy cost £7:50 for 24hrs shout out to the young lady running the breakfast area who was excellent and running it single handed we would definitely use the B&B hotel when we return to Birmingham "

"The room was spacious, sparkly and comfortable. The cleaning of the room was done frequently.. Location was convenient, close to the mall too. Overall I enjoyed my 2 weeks stay and will stay again"

"Comfortable bed, quiet hotel so had a good night’s sleep - the most important thing in a hotel stay. The hotel was close to the train station, shopping and the University. It was a perfect place to stay. Note there is ongoing construction next to the hotel, but we could not hear it in our room. "
