Ideal location for the Utilita Arena, just a short walk. Far enough out of the city that it was quiet overnight so easy to sleep. Room very spacious and comfortable.

I don’t think they can claim that a couple of pots of yogurt and a few bits of fruit counts as breakfast. No drinks available at all. The photo of pastries on the listing is highly misleading and should be removed.
If they can’t provide breakfast they should sell as a room only option.

Basic single room. But the small things matter. Clean, comfortable, coffee/tea/kettle and most importantly, free bottle water.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the look of the hotel and our bedroom, was very comfortable and satisfactory. Had all that we needed and was just an overall great place to say at for our weekend trip.

Excellent stay in this lovely big town house. Very clean too. Tea and coffee in the room also and continental breakfast served in the ajoining pub. 15 min walk to Ulitita Arena too.

Cozy stylish rooms
The staff was very helpful, they proposed me an upgrade for free because my luggage was too cumbersome to move up the stairs! Very helpful and easygoing warm welcoming :) all the facilities are in great condition. The only downside was a few noticeable hairs on the moquette. Still, rooms are very comfortable and styled with care and taste.
