"On site free laundry washer and dryer, free breakfast during my stay. The gym wasn't much, they had a treadmill, an elliptical, and no weights. Awesome location and across the street from Line 14 Yuyuan Garden station so things were easy to navigate and close to The Bund area."

"I don’t think anyone should make a first trip to Shanghai without spending a few days up high in the Grand Hyatt. What a view and the staff were helpful and supportive. Our only poor experience was a room service delivery served open (not under a cover) for which the hotel apologized and waved the charge. Other than that we got an early check-in and for a very small extra got a room with a simply jaw dropping river view. One piece of advice. If you want the extravagant breakfast be sure to book by the night before to enjoy a major discount in the charge."

Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank you to Michael at the front desk. He was very nice, friendly, and patient when helping us during check-out. We asked him to print out our statements, and he took the time to help us without making us feel rushed. He was very kind and professional, and we really appreciated his excellent customer service. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. The excellent location, clean room, and friendly and helpful staff made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Michael, for making us feel so welcome!"
