Enjoyable stay

My friends and I had a very nice stay. The house was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was clean and well maintained. The owner Reuben, was very responsive, clearly communicated house rules and check-in instructions and how to contact him if necessary. I would definitely recommend this property.

Missing mouth guard in bathroom

Please let me know if you found a mouth guard in the bathroom when cleaning. Also you should replace the toilet seat with a better one as the seat DOES NOT STAY UP. QUITE THE ISSUE. ALSO A HUGE COCKROACH GREETED ME THIS MORNING IN QUEEN BR AND THE FAUCET IN THE KITCHEN SINK IS IN BAD SHAPE. YOU SHOULD REPLACE IT. NOT A GOOD LOOK. WORKS OK.

Awesome overnighter

We rented this place just to stay after a concert at the spectrum center. Everything was clean and the beds were comfy, we had tons of space. Would def rent here again for a quick get away. Communication was also quick and check in was a breeze. Thanks for a great weekend!

Great place really close to downtown

Shortnuber ride downtown to Bank of America stadium and all that surrounds it. House was older, as advertised, but clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Great hosts as well.

The property was very clean and nice. It is older property but it is very nice in great location. 15 minutes to carowinds, 10 minutes to the Discovery science, restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay.
