“Conveniently located on a quiet street. House itself needs some TLC (to say nothing of some additional furniture and kitchen amenities) but bed was comfortable and the shower had a steady flow of hot water. We weren't looking for much more but were surprised that that's as much as we got. Communication with the host was spotty including receiving arrival/entry instructions, but all came through in the end.”

“We rented the house for a family reunion and it was a very good venue with 5 bedrooms for 9 people. The rooms on the first floor worked well for various gatherings and games during a rainy New Years Eve. We paid to have the pool heated and that was worthwhile with all but 2 of us using it. Out entry (and exit) was all done by email or text so we did not meet the agents managing the house. The one amenity that seemed to be lacking was adequate glassware.
