“There was a musty odor, but I didn't mind because the place was so cute, convenient, and reasonably priced. Consider this property like glamping - it doesn't have all the regular amenities, but it is worth it for the unique experience.”

“ The location of property was a perfect 10 for exploring Malibu and the surrounding area. Easy quick access to the pacific coast. The photos however of property are far from accurate. I'm guessing they are the original photos from when it was first listed on VRBO. Sadly it is quite run down on the outside. Overgrown trees and brush blocks the small veiw of ocean from back patio. The photo of ocean is out in the street away from the property. There were cobwebs all around property. The……

“This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back.”
