“This was such a beautiful property at the most convenient location. Dinner was right next door, beach access was a short walk across the street, and the pier was also a short walk. No paid parking required. The host was very quick to communicate and answer every question I had. Everything you need was taken care of, and the bed was so luxe and comfy! Definitely worth it if you’re staying in Malibu.”

“ The location of property was a perfect 10 for exploring Malibu and the surrounding area. Easy quick access to the pacific coast. The photos however of property are far from accurate. I'm guessing they are the original photos from when it was first listed on VRBO. Sadly it is quite run down on the outside. Overgrown trees and brush blocks the small veiw of ocean from back patio. “My husband and I enjoyed a long, relaxing weekend at the Birds Nest. It’s a quaint, well-cared for home with a large deck for enjoying cocktails and/or meals in comfort under twinkling lights at night, a separate fire pit area, and a lovely garden setting. “We really enjoyed our recent stay in this adorable property. We knew it would be cozy for our family of 4 - our 'kids' are 18 and 20, and both around 6 feet tall, so we were all full-grown adults. My husband and I took the futon to allow the kids more room with the larger bed, and I have to admit the futon was VERY comfortable. The host was very responsive, and the property was clean and in a fantastic location. Very close to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops on Abbott Kinney. ……

“We had such a wonderful stay! The shady backyard was the perfect place to relax during a hot weekend, with a peaceful water feature, beautiful birdsong, and such a calming atmosphere. We loved the thoughtful touches like the tarot cards, which made for a fun mother-daughter evening. The outdoor claw-foot bath was absolutely magical—soaking outside while listening to the birds was one of the highlights of our trip.
