Review in key areas:Location - The home location is ideal - it is less than 10 minutes drive from so many attractions - The Grove/Farmers Market, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, Hollywood, etc.. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and very walkable. Home - The house is large, clean, and spacious. It has some areas that are older/worn (e.g. the pool has some cracks and is missing tiles in multiple spots, one of the staircases seems much older than other parts of house). It also……

“The hosts were communicative and helpful. The property is not as nice as it looks in photos. The house needs some internal and exterior upkeep. The fourth bedroom is a converted garage and the sink in that en suite bathroom was not well connected - the tap could be lifted off the sink and it made a loud whining sound when it was turned on. The shared bath has an enormous tub that takes up so much room that there is no way to sit on the toilet (except diagonally). The overhead lights in one……
