“Hotel was in a beautiful location on the beach. Waterpark was fine, but kiddie pool was freezing and the main part of the Waterpark was torn apart and unusable. The room was quiet. Fine overall.”

“Laurie was super nice and helpful with everything hotel and mackinaw city/island related. the campsite and beach were a huge plus. for a small motel it was very nice, clean, modern, and updated. would definitely stay there again.”

“We had a fantastic stay at the Beach House. The manager was super helpful and welcoming. The bed was comfortable (although the pillows were not great). The weather was warm but not hot during our stay, and the room was comfortable. We loved being able to open the door and allow the breeze into the room. The location was fantastic & we loved the firepits along the shoreline. We stayed in a comfortably sized room with a very, very small bathroom. We didn't spend much time in the room, as we were……

“The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The room was clean, but bathroom was dated and water pressure not great. Also some gouging along one wall was a little unsightly and in need of repair and the curtains although functional were stained in places. A very nice view of the Mackinaw Bridge and the beach area was nice for sitting and enjoying the view, but no access to actually swim. The pool, free breakfast, and general grounds were all nicely maintained.”

“I’m real easy going, simple, and easy to please, but my stay here was less then subpar.. so much so I actually feel inclined to leave a review. Staff were incredibly rude, dismissive, and uninterested in doing their job. We were traveling with toddlers and with a late arrival at 11PM just wanted to watch some TV in the room and take a warm bath after a whole day of traveling. Neither amenities worked. Went to watch a movie on our phone and the wifi was also useless. When I confronted the front……

“Easily accessible parking. No wait time at the front desk. Our nighttime latch was broken when we arrived, notified the staff and stepped out to eat. It was fixed when we came back to the room. Worth every penny. Convenient to docks and walking distance to shopping district.”
