「Pros: Very cozy dome, good AC, private bathrooms, good furnishings, very cute property, free local cenote was a highlight, quietCons: Wifi works sporadically and isn't strong when it connects (we couldn't rely on it even for WhatsApp, which made coordinating reservations a challenge), the property looks nice but the fountains empty into long troughs of standing water so the mosquitoes were TERRIBLE (far worse than even walking in the jungle that surrounds the area, and so bad that nobody ever...

「This is overall a really cool and peaceful place! It felt unique and fun and we in general had a great time. Sitting outside and reading in the jungly courtyard was a joy. The biggest issue was that both of the domes we saw had pretty significant mold on the inside, on the structural tarp and on some of the surfaces like the fan. The first one we tried had also really sickening perfume smell, though the property manager responded quickly and moved us. The pictures of a lily white nice dome...

「This is a very special place. It's a little off the beaten path, which made for a very relaxing vacation. The whole area felt entirely safe. A car would be nice, but not necessary (we didn't have one). Tony, the hotel manager, is amazing! Whatever you want to do, wherever you want to go, he can help you make safe and affordable arrangements. We ate most of our dinners at the on-site beach bar/restaurant. Roberto was a great server and made top-notch cocktails -- I enjoyed everything I had there,...

「Awesome place! This is my third stay in a year and a half. It’s an nice place to relax, decompress and enjoy the pool, the beach, good buffets, nice à la carte restaurants, and if you just want to relax for a bit without doing to much, sometimes sitting in the lobby drinking margaritas, beers and more drinks is cool as well. The nightly shows are very nice too.」

「非常理想的度假别墅」

「Loved this sweet spot on the beach. It was a lovely room, effortless non-contact coming and going.」

「We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it! We would recommend a rental car if you are wanting to leave the resort. This is not in the busy resort area, it's a little bit outside of Tulum. We really liked not being in the busy area. This resort was also the best value that we saw for all-inclusive. One thing to note is this resort is part of Framissima, which is a French travel company. We were not aware and were surprised that nearly all the guests were French. We also kinda liked that we...
