“Very neat experience! We found this place searching for lodging to go to Watkins Glen State Park. Jake and Jennifer were great hosts. This property is the definition of “glamping.” The tent was spacious and clean. Having a fireplace and grill made it that much more worth it, especially with the convenience of fire starting supplies being able to be bought by the hosts. The bath house is also a neat feature if you need to freshen up. Will definitely consider making this my family and I’s yearly……

“Gary and Chrissy are WONDERFUL hosts. Property is relaxing. Amazing place to disconnect. Please beware, this is a working farm. You will be around animals. Including Chickens and Roosters. To my wife and I, this added to the charm of the place. The breakfast they serve as part of you stay is all fresh food from the land and delicious. Would definitely come back and highly recommend.”

“This is a great place for a fly fisherman or anyone looking for a getaway. If you are a fisherman it’s an amazing spot. Easy access to the river, when I arrived there were at least 50 fish rising. The place is clean, private w rv connections. Level. WiFi works great, also a Starlink works well. You can walk 1/2 mile to a decent restaurant and Flyshop. Host is easy to work with, entry to property is easy. Great firepit on the river. Definitely will stay again.”
