「I wish I have chance to visit the hotel but I didn't due to booking mistake. The Hotels.com and hotel staff are helping me for the cancellation refund and I hope to have further progress since there is not much new so far.」

「quite noizy for the room located on the road side, even after close the window. Luckily the staff in the frant desk was very kind to exchange our room close to the less noizy corner. Otherwise this is a very good choice hotel in terms of CP value. 」

「Wonderful 」

「Having been assigned to a very small room on the ground floor at the Annex building. The room was grossly over-priced at a rate of above 80 pounds (breakfast exclusive).」

「Stayed here on a Thursday overnighter with my hubby, it doesn't look much from outside, but step inside and what a little gem! This place has just 3 rooms, ours was immaculate and I'm sure it was a higher standard than your average pub hotel. The decor was really nice, bed was super comfy, tea & coffee making facilities, and the bathroom was very nice and a decent size with a good electric shower. We had a delicious full cooked breakfast made for us the following morning. Free parking nearby (...

「Lovely spacious clean room, with great bath towels and toiletries. The staff are very friendly, easy to chat too and helpful. The Full English breakfast was delicious and My Wife tried Scramble Eggs with Smoked Salmon, which She really enjoyed. Situated ideally for Chester City centre and for us a very pleasant walk to the Zoo. Highly recommended and will be back!!」
