「1. 飯店非常新且乾淨,雖然門面很小,但房間非常舒適我們在這享受了7個晚上,冷氣空調非常舒服價格在倫敦算非常合理 2. 工作人員非常nice, 雖然沒有電梯是缺點,但如有行李會馬上有服務人員來搬忙搬至房間,我們攜帶了3個大型行李,服務人員非常樂意幫忙 3. 飯店就在地鐵旁,走路不用30秒喔!真的太太太方便 4. 飯店就在倫敦最大shopping mall旁邊,還有2個大超市,要購物要吃飯簡直方便到不行,購物累了還可以回房間休息後再繼續戰鬥 5. 飯店附近走路5分鐘的Hillton飯店公車站有oxford tube 和 outlet express停靠站,去oxford和outlet這些地方簡直方便到不行 6. 飯店正樓下有一間中國餐廳,他的新加坡菜好好吃」

「Not far from Euston Station. Located in a quiet area with some eateries around. Spacious room with big desk and washing basin. Comfortable bed.」

「Very Disappointing Stay 1. Room Completely Different from Website Photos The room we were assigned looked completely different from the photos shown on the hotel’s website. 2. Poor Ventilation The basement room had no proper ventilation. The only way to get some air circulation was to keep the bathroom exhaust fan running. 3. "Great location,very close to train and tube stations. Staff is helpful, especially manager Barbara - helping me to upgrade from single room to twin room for several days during my two-week stay. Can walk to Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Hyde Park within 10-15 minutes. Quite a lot of restaurants and shops including M&S. Would definitely stay again. "

"Early check-in is allowed. Thank you. Location is good especially u are going to/from airport. U can catch heathrow express train. Got grocery shop, restaurant, bus stop, train station nearby. Room is for one person. You have to leave room key behind before you walk out hotel. Room door will close itself. It will slam itself. So it may wake you or ur neighbour up. A typical old hotel. when I move around, I will make noise, whenever I step on the floor, wood floor sound. I also don't want to disturb my neighbour so I can't do much in the room."

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
