"The kitchen in our two storey 2 bedroom suite is clean and equipped with what we need. There is a sign indicated that cooking food with strong odours are not recommended as a courtesy. The area serving breakfast has cozy and calm ambience. The complimentary breakfast is typical but they are well executed and food quality is good. The staffs overall are polite and helpful. The people I encountered who choose to stay here are mostly very cheerful, friendly and relaxed."

"This review is for second room we rented for family members and they liked the room but mentioned it did not have all the recent updates of our first room and the mattress had a dip in the middle ( unlike our bedding). Otherwise no issues"

"This felt like such a find. First and foremost the private balcony with a spectacular view of the bay was so unexpected at this price. This has all the advantages of a condo, with a well set up kitchen, separate bedrooms and living space, and abundance of closet space but without sacrificing the front reception and attentive staff. We took advantage of the washing machine and dryer on our floor and for a few loonies had clean laundry for the rest of our trip. Centrally located and parking is included! Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Victoria now."
