"The setting was beautiful on River Avon. Staff was always available and friendly. Rooms were lovely, comfortable and clean. Onsite restaurant was delicious."

"Excellent service and facilities, from start to finish. Free little gifts and water bottles to keep hydrated were a lovely and much appreciated surprise. The evening meal (lamb with side of creamed leeks & brocolli) and mocktail were amazing, probably the best ever. Car park was not entirely clear, but worked out in the end, except for there were no electric charging points free, in either of the hotel or adjacent council car parks."
