"Great place to stay. Close to lots of cool restaurants and easy access to the underground. The rooms are compact but have everything you need. The hotel lobby has a nice vibe and staff are friendly. Would stay here again."
"Great location. Modern, clean, lovely lobby, excellent lifts. Only thing would be the rooms (if not city view as I can’t comment on those) are VERY small and dark, lovely decor, modern, clean, comfy bed, but small.
Didn’t matter to use we were home when it was dark and we were out most of the time but just to be prepared!"

"The staff at this property were amazing. Especially receptionist Mara she made our stay so stress free and nothing was too much for her. She allowed us to check in early due to our long journey and our kids. She even sorted out car parking for us.

"I stayed here with my daughter when we went to a concert at the O2. It was so easy to get to and from O2 and felt like a safe area and just across the road from the tube station, ideal for us coming back really late.
Check in was easy. I liked the vibe when walking into the hotel, felt more like a bar than a hotel lobby. Our room was upgraded which meant it was slightly bigger and had some better refreshments etc. The room was clean, comfortable and really quiet. Will absolutely stay again for future O2 concerts "
