“My teenage daughter and I were in a twin room. However, this was a connecting room with another family. I could hear every noise from the connecting room. Not ideal. We had already unpacked before we realised. Later in the evening, a guest was shouting in the corridor. He sounded disturbed. Staff escorted him down to reception.”

“The room standards were not great, as the rooms appeared old by hotel standards. The heating systems were exposed, and a portable air conditioner had been added to the room, which did not give it the feel of a proper hotel room. The supposedly white dressing gowns provided were visibly used, although they had been washed. One of them was also very old and discoloured into brown, so I could not use it. “The hotel itself was lovely, but it was the kindness of the staff that especially impressed me. I would definitely stay there again”

“So so”

“Absolutely lovely stay again the staff were friendly and were genuinely interested in your stay and ensuring you was having a great time. Rooms were spotless as always and was able to park with ease.”

“A beautiful place to stay with a cosy room, gorgeous decor and a lovely welcoming feel. Friendly hosts and a delicious breakfast. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. A real gem!”

“We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. Thank you, we will……
