"Room was clean and comfortable. They ask customers to throw dirty towels outside of room in hallway somewhat hazardous if you trip over the towels and an eyesore in the hallway. No elevator not suitable for people with mobility issues. I asked for a room on main floor and was told none available. "

"Rooms were dirty, towels in the bathroom were dirty, lights weren't working, had bugs in the room, there was a chewing gum stuck on the nightstand, bed sheets were dirty had hair on it probably from the previous guests. "

"Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the morning was excellent! The pool was clean but quite deep for the kids on one side. Convenient location and would stay again. "

"We are five long-time friends that look for a space to spend a few days together over the year, and we found a lovely version of it here! The open concept living, dining & kitchen space was perfect for us to be together while cooking and hanging out, and we each had our own large and comfy bedroom which was such a treat. Simon was extremely responsive and communicative with all of our questions as they came up before and during our stay, which was very reassuring. A well equipped, cozy home for our late autumn getaway!"

"The house was clean and generally as described, but there were a few disappointments. We chose this rental because it was listed as having a fenced yard and we were traveling with dogs, but the yard was not fully enclosed—there were wide open areas on each side of the house with no gates, so we couldn’t safely let the dogs out. The beds also weren’t fully made; each only had a fitted sheet and comforter, with pillow shams instead of standard pillowcases and no top sheet or blanket. Lastly, one of the main-floor bedroom doors wasn’t even attached to hinges—it was just propped in the doorway. Thankfully, we didn’t need that room, but it would’ve been an issue if we had a full group."
