「My daughter’s sorority hosted a Mother’s weekend and I came out. This location was so great. It isn’t within walking distance, but fortunately I had access to a car. The property manager is very communicative. The space is so cute! The set up is so functional and cute. The bed is very comfortable (I usually do not sleep well while traveling) and I slept great. I will definitely look to book this again!」

「We didn't see from the pictures how small the room was - no place to hang anything, 2 kitchen style chairs to sit on, and only one bench to put luggage on. Very cramped feeling. Outdoor space was helpful as a place to eat or relax. Pool was clean and a nice area to go to. It was stated that they provide coffee, but it proved to be a Nespresso machine which didn't work very well and not many coffee pods. They initially stated that they would bring more pods by but then a day later stated that all...

「We enjoyed our stay very much, finding Scottsdale the perfect locale during our visit to attend the Extra Innings Music Festival and a couple of spring training baseball games. The locale made it easy to get to our events, along with some of the restaurants, bars and Old Town Scottsdale coffee shops and wineries. The property was clean and quiet, including the essential items during our stay. Just wish there was a private laundry inside the unit, but understand that wasn't the manager's fault.」

「Stayed at the same complex last year, the unit this time was not as nice as the one we stayed at last year. But it was ok. A little dated and not the cleanest.」

「The property met our needs for two couples quite well. It's in a great location for traveling around the area, as you get to major roads and the freeway quickly. The parking is covered, although it's a bit of a distance to the unit, which is up 3 flights of stairs - not great for hauling luggage. The grounds are well kept and the pool/hot tub area is handy - although the pool isn't heated. The unit itself is fine - the carpet's a bit tired and could be replaced. 「This house was good and had everything that you would need available to you. Internet was fast and reliable. Realizing that there was an attached separate studio was a bit of a surprise upon arriving. If the person staying in the studio was considerate you wouldn't even notice that they were there. However if they are not it could make the stay a bit difficult. The owner and property manager are very attentive and communicate promptly to resolve any issues.」

「This property is an extremely good value for the dollar. Not super-fancy, but super cost effective. The only (small) concern I had was the lack of parking outside, but it really isn't that big of a deal. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend others doing the same.」
