「Room smelled horribly of smoke, asked for another room, they sent me to a room where the beds weren’t made. Attempting to get a refund after we left. 」

「From arrival, I was disappointed with this hotel. From the display of multiple dead / stuffed animals in the lobby to the terribly dirty carpeting in the room, this hotel is in need of obvious attention. The pool was unclean and green, the carpet had multiple stains visible, and while we did have a table in the room, there were no chairs to sit at it with. I will not stay at this hotel, nor will I recommend this hotel in the future.」

「Hotel is fairly new so everything is very clean and in good condition. It is in an excellent location with restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. All surrounding a pond with walking trail and play area for kids. Only complaint was breakfast. By 8:30 they were out of everything and slow filling it back up. Nice stay otherwise.」

「Elegante was great and would be a great place for a seminar. My Father and I stayed 5 days. Clean with a lot of character. It was quiet when needed and a lot of people having a good time.
