“Our stay was brief with a very early morning check out so we didn't use many of the amenities. We did thoroughly enjoy our room and dealing with the friendly, helpful staff. We ate our to go supper at a real table and watched football and baseball games simultaneously on the two TV's. In today's age of electronics that need recharging, there were plenty of plugs with which to charge them. The beds were scrumptious and sleep came easy and was deep and restful. “Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27) My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. Upon arriving late after a long road trip, the front desk was disorganized and even asked if I had "already checked in," causing a 15-minute delay for no reason. I had specifically pre-purchased breakfast and confirmed the hours with the front desk, who stated it ended at 10:30 AM. However, when I arrived with my family……

“The hotel was located in a good central area. It was clean, and we felt safe. Our room was also clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not as good as we hoped it would have been: bagels, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, diced potatoes, and the cheap-tasting link sausage (sliced). We were very disappointed that the pool was closed. We were told our key would allow us to enter The Hampton's pool. The Hampton was across the parking lot, but we didn't feel comfortable doing that.”
