“Cool little place! The private beach was so nice. Gentle waves were perfect for my 2 year old and being away from the crowd was fantastic. We saw dolphins everyday!”

“Had a wonderful stay. Near Forsyth and Kroger. Clean, comfortable, quiet :-)”

“We had a great stay! We live in Savannah and experienced an unexpected power outage for a few days. We are a family of 5 including 3 young boys (9,7,3) and needed a comfortable place close to our house to be able to continue on with work and life AND THAT HAS AIR CONDITIONER! Well, the air conditioner works wonderfully (and is in fact brand new!). The boys think they are on vacation and haven't skipped a beat. The view is beautiful and the area feels really safe. Thanks for having us!”

“Very charming place in a great location. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had all amenities. The host was responsive and accommodating. Truly felt like a vacation thanks to this spot!”

“There is parking for 3 vehicles if they are not very large SUV’s or trucks. The deck area in the back is nice, but small, and sits next to the AC units. We might not have explored enough to understand the “artsy” part of the area.”

“Great location and amenities”

“This is a beautiful property in a perfect location. The history of the area can truly be seen in the architecture. The balcony over looking the main street was our favorite part. We were able to have a glass of wine and whiskey with a great view of the street activities and water way. While there were minor hiccups l, the property manager/ owner responded immediately with a resolution. We will attempt to stay at this property again when the weather cools down.”

“We had a great time. Nice place with plenty of updates and amenities for the property. Well stocked to eat at “home” and stay by the water and close by options if you want to venture. Host was very responsive and check in was smooth.”

“Property was comfy and clean. Great location. Would stay at again.”

“Super clean place right in the heart of the city! Would definitely book again.”

“Pictures made the property seem larger than the actual size. However, the property was really all two people would need. It is a cozy, beautiful little place. It has a fully furnished kitchen with a dishwasher. The freezer had an ice maker, so no need to buy ice for the cooler. There is a cooler and a couple of chairs in the closet. The king size bed was very comfortable but bring your own pillows. I can’t say the same about those. It does have a Roku TV. There were a few things that I……

“Great place. Close to everything! Will book again.”

“This was one of the best places we have stayed on St. SIMON island.. such a beautiful and CLEAN villa. It was worth the money. It also was personal, quiet, and comfortable. The location was perfect. We will return next year!”

“The property was a great location, the common area was small for the amount of people we had.”

“Other than needing the grass mowed, the place was exactly as expected and advertised. Allen was responsive and accommodating.”

“Moon light was a great place clean and neat on a business trip”

“We had a lovely stay here. The room was adorable. The hosts provided so many small, thoughtful touches like books, games, and cards. Communication was immediate and incredibly responsive. The room is really just steps from the beach! There are shops and restaurants on the street outside making things very convenient without being noisy. The pool was almost right outside the door. And especially nice for us (my husband is 6'4"), the king size bed was actually a king size bed. I miss it already……

“The place was clean, and the location was perfect! We walked comfortably around the city, were right next to so many restaurants and coffee shops, and had the best view of the live oaks eating breakfast every morning!”

“Place is great but needs maintenance. Dryer vent was clogged. Ac vent was clogged. No curtains on the window in the master bedroom. But otherwise great place and location. We loved Savannah”
