「My husband and I loved the stay it was very clean. Parking was right outside the cottage. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. It was very easy to reach out for any issues.」

「The tiny house concept is cute. Not very functional. The bed was just a full size. No room to get in and out on both sides of the bed. Shower was very small and cramped. Parking is on the street quite a ways from the cottage. There was a note about the “sensitive” sewer system. We didn’t have any issues but we’re always aware there might be a problem. No extra bedding. For those 60 and over this is not an ideal place to stay. On the positive side the kitchen was fully stocked as if they expect...

「Cozy suite」

「Great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. I actually slept better here than anywhere else during our Colorado trip! Would definitely stay here again.」

「The bedsheet was on wrong so it kept coming off during the night. 」

「Very cute and cozy. Great location to everything in Manitou Springs.」

「Great place」

「Great property centrally located near all the major attractions. The house had all the essentials you need; fully stocked kitchen, bath amenities, and internet with Amazon Firesticks on the TV's. AC and heat in every room with ceiling fans in the kitchen and the bedrooms. Pretty house in a great neighborhood. Glad we stayed there. Would definitely return.」

「Perfect place for our short vacation.」

「The house was exactly as stated! Open living room for lots of conversations after all day exploring.」

「Wasn't ready when we got there. She wouldn't answer any text messages. She had laundry in the washer and dryer all week. Reminded her several times and she said she would take care of them. Never did, we ended up doing them for her so we could do our one complimentary wash/dry. None of the doors would close all the way. Couldn't even lock the main door when we left during the day. You could hear them walking (running) upstairs all day and night. She just adopted a 2 1/2 yr old and he ran up and...

「Beautiful little spot that met every need」

「Good value.」

「A very cute cabin that is very close to downtown. We walked to breakfast each day. Worked very well for our samoyed puppy with an enclosed backyard. The bed is on the softer side for those looking to understand its firmness」

「Great little house right in downtown and close to all the tourist sites. Would definitely stay there again.」
