Originally a garage, it has been transformed into a stunning private unit with great decorations and thoughtful touches like snacks and candies on the pillows. Within minutes, you'll find yourself amidst fantastic restaurants, top-notch attractions, and with easy access to I-25, merely 2 miles away.

The second bedroom features a cozy Queen bed, also equipped with soft pillows and fresh linens. You'll find ample storage with a closet, hangers, and a luggage rack for your belongings.

Recently remodeled, the bathroom features a pristine tile shower, vanity, and toilet. We provide amenities including a hairdryer, plush towels, feminine products, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to enhance your stay. While the bathroom is compact, it is well thought out and stocked with everything you need.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
