“The “refreshed” rooms have poorly installed shower doors. They were literally falling off their brackets. A true hazard as they are glass. Reported to front and they moved us to another “refreshed” room where those shower doors were also not hung properly but not as dangerous as the first room. ”

“Check in was horrible as there was no live person. You had to use a kiosk. We got our room and when we entered, it had not been cleaned. There were no sheets on the bed and trash on the floor. Horrible. Do not recommend.”
