“We had the family room, situated at the front overlooking the bay of Connel and the highland hills in the background. We had summer weather, what helpt making it fantastic. It's a fine B&B, caring owners of an old building that's well maintained. The frond road can be busy during the day, we had all 3 windows open all night and it was quiet, we had a good sleep. The bathroom is amazing. If we drive up to Scotland we will again considering stopping over maybe for an extra night to visit also the……
“Wonderful apt! Spotless, full kitchen, lots of space for personal items and very comfortable. Close to both the ferry, buses and train stations. Ideally located within Oban. Highly recommend!”
“Glencruitten house is one of those special places.
Immaculately presented accommodation, helpful staff and lovely food. The grounds are breathtaking, and the quirkiness of the woods, friendly chickens, peacocks and alpacas make this a place I will re-visit.”
“The venue is up a gradual slope, being around a 10 minute walk from the town centre however the view of the harbour during the walk is beautiful. Being close to the pulpit hill viewpoint makes a nice trip being only a couple minutes walk from the venue.

The bedroom was perfect and although it is a shared bathroom, which I was nervous about, this……
“Great location with beautiful views from its ocean view suite. Loved the lounge and convenience to the bay. Definitely go there if it fits in your budget.”
“Old hotel and not really clean. Hair on linen.
The worst thing is no wifi connection at all because they are fixing it for days. The hotel should inform guests who want to book the hotel in advance rather than saying sorry after we arrived. Really bad experience as we are cheated.”
“e real gem in Oban- comfortable homey feel, great staff, and a breakfast that should not be missed! Also has an impressive Spa but I did not use it. ”
