「Very clean hotel The beds are very firm … so tough sleep for us both」

「Upon checking in they failed to tell us that their cable was down and the pool was closed. Could not watch tv the entire night/morning of our stay! Very boring! When questioned about it we didn’t even get an apology!」

「Staff was friendly Room was clean , bed comfortable Building is a bit tired, needs updates Breakfast was inedible; cold and rubbery. I was there 5 nights for work. Gave up on the 3rd morning. Didn't expect gourmet or wise variety but it should be palatable」

「雖然房間係比較舊，毛巾偏黃，整體尚算整潔。床褥偏軟，環境寧靜，有泳池，池水溫度很暖，有早餐，不過味道一般。但總算應有的都有。性價比頗高。沒有投訴。 備注：停車場有個頗大的凹陷洞，需要多加留意。」

「The room was clean but the water in the tub didn’t drain well and the toilet couldn’t be flushed soon after the previous flush. The AC fan didn’t shut off at all. The front staff was very rushed in checking us in. The employee in the breakfast area wasn’t really helpful in the morning. But it was quiet and there was ample, easy parking. The location is right off the highway which is also helpful.」

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「They were able to switch my room because of the lacrosse teams were staying on the first floor and I could tell the adjoining door was not sound proof. The lounge area is cozy. Complimentary coffee and muffins were good and the room was clean. 」
