Good Location, misleading location of room
Upon arrival we finally located the check in office, searched the randomly hanging key boxes and then finally determined ours wasn’t there. I called and was on hold at least 20 minutes when we finally located our box on the very bottom. We then proceeded to locate our room, which was not in the building. Called the help number again and after another very long wait we found out our room was in a different building. We located it and then finally the door, we then discovered we would be carrying everything up the metal staircase to the 4th floor, we had rented a condo therefore we brought food. There is not access to the hot tub, sauna, laundry etc if you are in the east building, there also not elevator access from the first floor and the main building is not connected so if you want to access the amenities you do so by going outside and walking down the sidewalk. We liked the garage parking, the bed & couch were comfortable, kitchen was sufficient, view of the downtown was great, everything was right there including shops/lifts/activities etc, we never did find our specific locker but we found an open one to store ours skis in overnight. Main takeaway, if we stay here again I will make sure we are in the west building. .
